My Story
My name is Dr. Sara Spowart and I provide compassion-based therapy in-person and remotely. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and my Florida Registration Number is MT 4262. I provide both in-person and remote therapeutic support.
My focus is on helping you create the life of your dreams and to be strong and resilient in the face of any obstacle. I work in an individualized, boutique fashion so that every client receives the tools and exact support they need for whatever they are dealing with in their lives.
We work to break harmful life patterns that individuals may feel stuck in so they can reach higher and higher levels of wellbeing. I specialize in a range of issues from supporting children, couples and families who are struggling, to helping victims of violence, abuse and trauma. We work so that you can become the lightest, most fulfilled version of yourself. I take a humanistic approach to therapy where we increase your life satisfaction and happiness and aim to fulfill your greatest potential.
I am currently writing a book called "Being Joy" to provide greater holistic support to clients. Until it's published please feel free to watch livestreams and posts on my Facebook "Feel Happy" page. I'm also currently writing a book with my brother Zachary Spowart, a licensed addiction counselor and owner of Silver Lining Recovery in Orange County, CA. The book is called "Love in Life" and is about living a love-centered life that is fulfilling and brings you higher and higher levels of happiness & wellbeing.
I specialize in supporting individuals to create their 'lightest life' possible, where they no longer feel burdened and heavy or stuck in any situation. Compassion & happiness-filled living is my goal for you.
With So So Much Love!!
Dr. Sara :)

“I believe that the very purpose of life is to be happy. From the very core of our being, we desire contentment. ... Since we are not solely material creatures, it is a mistake to place all our hopes for happiness on external development alone. The key is to develop inner peace.”
